PIKEVILLE, Ky. (WYMT) – On Saturday, Pikeville’s Police Department, Fire Department, and 911 dispatch heart hosted the yearly Cuffs and Hoses Block Party.
Police Chief Michael Riddle stated other people have been ready to experience as regards to the whole lot with meals, video games, and are living track.
