The Shenzhen-based funds handset maker stated it won realize on Friday of a lien and a case submitting issued through the district supervisory committee of Dandong, a town in northeastern Liaoning province, claiming its monetary director Xiao Yonghui used to be detained as a part of an investigation.
“As of the filing date, the company is not aware of the progress or conclusion of the investigation,” it stated in its submitting with the Shanghai Stock Exchange. It didn’t specify why Xiao is being investigated.
The corporate’s board stated within the submitting that the it has a complete governance and interior keep an eye on construction, and the incident won’t have an important affect on operations.
